Spring awakening weekend w/ Vladimir Jandov May 13et 14 Spring is a time of changing light and new beginnings. B.K.S. Iyengar comments in Light of Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (1.20) that continuing practitioners of yoga adapt new means to intensify their practice with faith and vigor, and use their memory as a guide to leap forward with wisdom, total absorption, awareness and attention. THIS SPRING SHED NEW LIGHT ON, REAWAKEN AND LEAP FORWARD IN YOUR PRACTICE. We will explore in depth the tools iyengar yoga and it’s therapeutic benefits it offers to help alleviate apathy, anxiety, and reduce stress related to changes in life in general. Friday 18:00-20:00 will be a class dedicated to restorative and art of pranayama Saturday morning times: 10:00-13:00 we will start with 45 min Pranayama followed by all level practice focused on above mentioned remedial sequence to help with our mental clarity and stress management. 15:00 18:00 Afternoon practice will be suitable for teachers and practitioners alike who seek to learn hands on adjustments
